What is Psychology?
The Australian Psychology Society (APS) defines psychology as the Science of Human Behaviour. Psychologists study individuals and groups to better understand how people, communities and societies function and devise ways to empower them and help them thrive.Psychologists like me do this through the understanding of the mental and biological functions that drive human behaviour. Using scientific principles, psychology explores human emotions, cognitive ability and biological functions to help us better understand how and why we think, feel, behave and react – all so we can implement actionable steps to grow.
How I apply Psychology to help you.

My emphasis is on helping you understand yourself. Building emotional intelligence, self-awareness, mindset and resilience to become more confident.

My strengths lie in helping you unravel what's holding you back, clear the interference and develop strategies for change to reach your potential.

Helping you take practical action becomes the solution that will help you grow and achieve your personal goals.
I can help you understand your whys and hows and give you a path forward.
If you are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, identity, friendship, or connection issues and changes in social dynamics, I can support you.
As a trusted Sydney Psychologist, I help you develop skills to understand your triggers, build emotional regulation, resilient behaviours, and develop adaptable mindsets.
